Ecstatic Theatrics Day Camp for ages 6 to 17, producing “The Spoiled Baloney Man”, by Jeannette Jaquish.
A parody of “The Stinky Cheese Man”, which was a parody of “The Gingerbread Man”, this little show is more absurd, daring, wild and crazy, than either of those children’s books.

Ecstatic Theatrics Day Camp- "The Spoiled Baloney Man"
Mon-Fri, 10am to 2pm, July 6-10 and 13-17.
Location: TekVenture Makerspace, 1830 Wayne Trace, Door 8, Artistic Attic.
Performances: July 17 & 18 at 7pm, and July 19 at 3pm. Show is less than an hour long. Ticket prices will be around $5.

Camper fee is $75 per child, additional siblings add $50 each. 8 camper maximum. Parents may act or help for no charge and no pay.
Fee includes giving the camper’s family a 15 day TekVenture Family Membership, July 6 to July 20, 2026, to use tools and make things within the rules. This means you can drop off your theater camper in the upstairs Artistic Attic and go make a clay, wood, sewing, welding, etc., project while your kid rehearses!
Campers may bring a lunch or participate in the potluck.
Parents are required to sign a Parental Consent form for emergency or misbehavior situation concerning your child(ren).

Ongoing: All Ages Shows & Day Camps - Hands on Tech and cast members get a free simultaneous family membership at TekVenture.
Children LOVE using tools and creating.
Actors will also learn basic wood construction.
Acting, Expression, Set Changing, Dance & Skills
Woodworking: Learn tools and build stage sets.
Sewing: Learn to sew costumes & curtains.
Tech: Learn basics of the audio board and lighting, the coordination of set changes and all the Tech operations.
Cost: I will front you a membership in TekVenture as rehearsals begin. You will not get free tickets for performances but they will be very affordable, because our expenses are low. Because you will have a family membership, while your actor rehearses, you can use tools to weld, work clay, do 3D-printing, electronics, blacksmithing, stained glass & woodwork or hang out.

We hope to build the community’s awareness of the new Tinker Town Theater.
